Pray for the Hmong People

Gracious Heavenly Father, we so thankful for Your love. We are sinful human being, we are not even deserved to be your servant. but You allow us to become Your Children through Jesus Christ Your Son so that we can call You our Father. Not only that, You also gave us Your Holy Spirit so that we can cry to You like a little child and say daddy. That is very cool thing, our mind can't comprehend it, and we don't understand it, because we have not done anything to deserve it. But that's who You are, You do everything out of love and your love for us is love unconditionally. Father because You are so cool, no one is qualified to take the position as Father and show us how a Father should love His children. But when you send Your only Son Jesus into the world, born as human, born as a Jew, growing up with Your perfect love. He came to do everything as You would have done it to show us exactly who You are. We give thanks to Jesus Your Son, for He is exactly like you. When we look to Jesus Your Son, we know how you really like. He is truly qualified to say "Like father like son" because Jesus does everything that You would do. When Jesus saw the restless crowd that were like sheep without a shepherd, He was moved with compassion, that is You. When He was weeping in pity over Jerusalem, that is You. When He said to the poor woman that they about to stone her to death and He forgave her and said, "go and sin no more," that is You. When He was hung on the cross and He cries with a loud cried "Father forgive them for they no not what they do," that is You. From the beginning to the end, we find Him to be a Father of love, and He has revealed You to us as a Father who is tender in mercy and perfect in love. Father, thank you for your Beloved Son.

Gracious Heavenly Father, the Hmong people may know You as Creator God, but they do not have the experience knowing You as their Father and they are Your children. They don't know how it feel like to have You as their Father and Creator of the world. All powerful, all knowing Father of heaven and earth. We humbly come before You in the name of Jesus Your only begotten Son. For You alone are worthy of our praise and worship. We come to You because we love the Hmong people dearly from the bottom of our heart. We know You love them even more for You are the father of love. You have revealed to John, the disciple of Your Son that You love the world so much. That You gave Your only begotten Son to the world. Whosoever believe in Him shall never perish but have eternal life through Him. For this reason, heavenly Father, we humbly bow before You in prayer. That You will not forget Your word, but pour out Your love toward the Hmong people with Your open arms. You are the Father of the prodigal son, waiting for Your son to come home, willing to forgive and celebrate. Pour out Your Holy Spirit and Your blessing among the Hmong people so that they may come to know Your Son and call on His name and know You as their Father.   Lord have mercy.

The Hmong people are stubborn and sinful, they have not love You or keep Your law. They have brought many curses upon themselves. They go strayed and worship other gods. They worship the spirits of the death, of the air, trees, mountains, valley and shamanism spirits. They do not know how to love their brothers and sisters and have not love their neighbors as themselves. They worship and honor the death instead of honor You. They don't know how to love the orphans and care for the widows. They do not love the poor as they should and fail to practice justice. They have broken all Your laws and do not want to return to You. Lord have mercy.

Heavenly Father, the Hmong people never have a land of their own, they were chased and hunted down from one country to another from generation after another. Many people were starved to death during their journey to freedom; some were killed, and some were drowns in the Mekong river, but because of Your grace and mercy, You also have brought many to the United States of America, to a country that love you. But still they do not honor and worship You or believe in Your Son who died for them. Lord have mercy.

Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ our Savior, we pray for the Hmong people who still living in the Jungle of Laos. The Lao government has chased them and hunted them down for over 30 years now. They are nearly wiped out, those who still alive now mostly are women and children. We pray that You will rescue them from this war and hatred. Heavenly Father, all power and kingdoms are Your. You love and exalted those who honor You but on the other hand, You also tear down and destroy those who do not obey Your laws. Please do not forget the Hmong who are still in the jungle of Laos. Change the heart and humble those who are in power, tears down all the walls of hatred. Allow the Hmong people to come out and be at peace. Lord have mercy.

Heavenly Father, we pray for the Hmong people who live in Laos, Vietnam and China. They do not have the freedom to worship You as we have. The government put many of them in prison, torture them and sometime kill them because they believe Your Son Jesus. Please keep them strong in faith and keep their family saved. Bring peace to their prison cells.   They love You and Your Son Jesus, because you first love them. Give them hope when there is no hope and comfort them in the midst of suffering. Fill them with the Holy Spirit and power so they can boldly witness about Your Son who has given His life for them. Demonstrated Your power and love to those who persecuted them so that they too may come to know Your beloved Son and put their trust in Him. Lord have mercy.

Heavenly Father, we pray for the 4,000 Hmong people in La Crosse area, they have not know you or believe Your Son Jesus Christ. We pray that You will deliver and set them free from the power of Satan. Set them free from the power of fears and curses and free them from demonic power and filled them with your Holy Spirit, the Spirit of power and grace. Heavenly Father, we claim the Hmong people for You. They are Your sons and daughters and they are wash by the blood of Your Son. All principalities and powers will be broken, every chains will be loose free, and their eyes will be open to see Your amazing love. Their disbelief and stubbornness will not be able to stop them from coming to the faith. They will know the truth and the truth of Your Son shall set them free. They will turn to You and repent of their sins. In the name of Your Son, Father forgive them for all the sins that they have commit through Your Son Jesus Christ. Wash them with the blood of Jesus in baptism, make them a new creation, sons and daughters of the Most High God. Lord have mercy.

Heavenly Father, we pray for Pastor    name , his family and ministry name . We pray that You will protect him and his family as they continue to serve You. May You continue to bless him and his family, give them good health, keep them save and strengthen their faith. Walk before, beside and behind them and protect them from all kinds of evil and temptations. When pastor name goes to the community to share Your word, fill him with Your Holy Spirit, and the courage to share Your love. When he prays for the sick, heal them. When he cast out demons in the name of your Son, deliver them. When he prays for an individual or family, forgive them, set them free and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Lord have mercy.

Heavenly Father, may they all come from every direction, from north and south, from east and west into the Kingdom of Your Son. Fill them with your Holy Spirit so that they may worship and praise your name for all that you have done. Call them to live the new life in Christ, to love You, love other and fulfilled Christ mission in the world. Amen.
